本種は本州～南西諸島に分布する。成虫はユリ科やヒガンバナ科の花でみられる他、ネジバナの花からよく採集される。

This species is distributed in Honshu to Nansei-islands, in Japan. It usually occurs on the flowers of Liliaceae and Amaryllidaceae, and also collected from Spiranthes sinensis.
